Operations systems
Turn stock, orders, materials and internal work into a shared, usable process.
We connect your business tools and build software for the work they can't handle: orders, inventory, documents, leads and customer enquiries.
LNOKS is a software company founded in 2022 that builds business systems and automation for owner-led businesses of 10 to 200 people whose work runs across several tools. We connect the tools a business already runs, such as a Shopify store, a CRM or lead platforms, and build software for the work those tools cannot handle: orders, inventory, documents, leads and customer enquiries. We also build web and mobile products for founders. For ToBeModern, a furniture manufacturer, we replaced paper notes with project and materials tracking. For InstantResponse, we brought Yelp, Google Local Services Ads and Thumbtack leads into one inbox. LNOKS holds a 5.0 rating on Clutch across 18 reviews, and every project starts with a call.

When information moves between disconnected tools, your team fills the gaps by hand. We help you connect those tools and build the missing parts of the workflow.
Orders, enquiries or stock updates are re-typed from one system into another, and mistakes travel with them.

Before you enquire
LNOKS builds business systems and automation for growing companies. We connect the tools a business already uses, such as its online shop, CRM or accounting software, and build custom software for the work they can't handle: orders, inventory, leads, customer enquiries and internal operations. We are a founder-led software development company, founded in 2022.
A business system is the software and the agreed process a company uses to run one part of its work, such as stock, orders, leads or approvals. A good one keeps the data in one place, shows each person what they need to act on, and connects to the other tools the business relies on, so nobody retypes information between them.
We do both, and we start with the smaller option. If your tools can be connected so information moves between them automatically, we integrate them. Where no tool fits the way you work, we build bespoke software for that part only. Many projects combine the two: a custom system in the middle, connected to the shop, CRM and accounting tools around it.
The cost depends on the scope: the people and locations involved, the workflows and the systems to connect. We price the work after looking at it. If an off-the-shelf product would do the job, we say so on the first call, because it is usually the cheaper choice.
It depends on scope, and each case study shows how long its first release took. We start with one working result your team can use, show it to you regularly while it is built, then add features in later releases rather than building everything at once.
Yes, where it saves real work. We use automation and AI for specific jobs, such as sorting incoming leads, summarising documents, answering questions from a company's own files or moving data between systems. We name the task the AI does, keep a person in the loop where a mistake would be costly, and connect it to the tools your team already uses.
Most of our systems run in retail and e-commerce, manufacturing, and warehousing and distribution. We have also built lead management for home-services businesses and digital products for educators, consultants and founders. The industry matters less than the workflow, so every project starts from how your work runs today.
Tell us about the work through the contact page. We reply within one business day and arrange a first call. If the scope is clear, we agree a first release. If it isn’t, we start with a short assessment.
